They don't have gluten-free options on the menu but they will make changes and check with the kitchen for what is safe or not.

Some reviews here says there is a separate fryer but the server told me that their second fryer is for calamari only and did recommend me not to get anything that is fried.

I went to two restaurants that day and I did get "glutened". It's hard to tell from which one so I would be cautious.

Other than that the service was great and the food was amazing.

The menu is very clearly labelled what’s gluten free and what isn’t. Fair bit of options to choose from. Food was delicious

Dedicated GF fryer, over 3/4 the menu is gf to begin with and can make adjustments to many others to be GF. Kitchen is extremely allergen aware. 10/10.

My friends and I had a great time at Starling! The menu has what is gluten free marked. There wasn’t much selection for GF but I had the duck and it was very very good! The server asked if I was Celiac or not. They use some of the same fryers for fries. Overall great experience! Will go back :)

The chefs wife is celiac. All is very wll understood among staff (seperate oil for fries, bread replacements). Online menu does not mension gluten free options. What a wonderfull surprise.
