Incredible find in the Village at Snowmass! Chef came out to speak with us & explained our options, even to the waiter on how to ring up celiac meals. No fried food (shared fryer) BUT the food more than makes up for it. The chef brought out our food himself & explained how it was prepared. The lobster roll was awesome. Will return! Highly recommend!
