I’ve have been to the Palo Alto location when they just opened and gotten severely sick from the pizza there. I still decided to try this location because of the many positive reviews here.
Spoke to the staff and kitchen manager in detail. They stated that the gluten free pizza and burgers will have cross contamination. They said there is gluten all in the air and although they wipe down (not deep clean) surfaces it’s still cooked on the same surface and same general equipment and spaces. I still decided to try a burger because I had no other food options and there were so many gluten free positive reviews on Yelp and Google. Tested the burger with my Nima sensor and it came back gluten positive / containing gluten so I was unable to eat. I don’t think this place is safe for Celiacs.

The GF crust here is amazing! It's cooked in its own Detroit-style pan but in the same oven as regular pizza. Just specify when ordering that you'd like them to use allergy-safe preparation when your pizza is prepared. All pizzas are available on the crust, and it's so good!
