We messaged ahead to ensure that we would be able to eat the BBQ. They said all meat, sauces, and spices used on the BBQ were gluten free. They suggested we not order the mac and cheese, corn bread side, or the bread, but that the other sides should be safe. When we went in and ordered, I was asked which sauces I would like. When I was slow in answering, the worker told me that all sauces were gluten-free if that was a concern. Since I had messaged ahead, I hadn't said anything in person about needing gf, but he seemed to recognize the potential need when I declined bread. We had brisket, burnt ends, roasted chicken, carrots, and green beans. The food and service were very good.
