Celiac

I mentioned I had celiac disease and ordered the quinoa salad (not marked with the gluten symbol). I double checked when the waiter brought the food to make sure it was safe to eat. I'm now reacting to it. None of the ingredients were unusual to me so I have to conclude that my waiter failed to specify I had celiac disease or there was unnoticed cross contamination.

Ate here twice and both servers were extremely knowledgeable about gluten containing ingredients and both times they were able to navigate the menu for me and make substitutions. Had a delicious Asian noodle dish and a salad here.
