Great gluten free ziti and meat sauce. Waitress was very knowledgeable about gluten and what it can do to celiacs.

They no longer offer any safe items. Pasta boiled with regular pasta, pizza is cooked in shared oven and made with shared utensils. Avoid.

While they do offer a gluten free pizza, it is prepared in an open kitchen where flour is used. No dedicated space or pans. Better safe than sorry; we left without eating. Not safe for anyone with celiac.

Has gluten free pizza and pasta. They also can do about any sandwich in a bowl. The greek salad is also gluten free and my waitress said that if I was super sensitive the salad would be the safest. As it is made in a dedicated place with dedicated ingredients. So no chance of cross contact. They also try their best with the GF pizza and ziti. Staff seemed to be knowledgeable.

Great tasting gluten free pizza and pasta. A lot of sandwiches can also be ordered in a bowl with no bun. They are very good about having no cross contamination. (Note: only the Eustis location has gluten free pizza and pasta.)
