Review of Steak 48

Wonderfully accommodating to gluten free diners. Staff are knowledgeable about the menu items— waiter even mentioned he had to take a test on gluten free when he was trying to recall why the whipped potatoes are not a safe dish to have. Steak was cooked perfectly, with a crust made of gluten free spices. For dessert they prepared an off menu item for me- a decadent chocolate tort with side of gelato. Overall a great experience!
