They were busy. Only one thing (a desert) was labeled gluten free in the menu. When I asked the waiter what was gluten free he said "all the steaks without the sauce". When I wasn't interested in steak he said I could have the salmon. I ended up ordering a Vegetarian plate and was not told it was unsafe in any way.
We had to get our order to go and when I got home there was some kind of breaded fried cheese in my vegetarian meal.
The meal wasn't cheap and I could eat none of it. I never asked about the fries but felt unsafe eating anything by that time.
This had 2 good reviews so I expected better. I just wanted to warn others.

Our server was very kind and knowledgeable of GF. She let me know that their sauces for steaks are not safe, and I appreciated that. I got the salmon and rice dish with delicious sautéed veggies. It came with a house salad, no dressing but I was brought olive oil and balsamic vinegar. It also came with fries, which have their own fryer. Something I didn't know - this restaurant is BYOB. So keep that in mind if you want to have wine or something with your food! I recommend for anyone in the St. Catherine street area.

The waiter knew all the constraints of being coeliac implies, and was very aware of the gluten in his menu. He brings me olive oil instead of vinaigrette for my salad, made sure my steak was cooked seperatly in the kitchen. The fries are 100% homemade, and cooked in a dedicated fryer.I'm coeliac and very sensitive to gluten, and had a wonderful time in this restaurant. SO happy to eat fries! I'll come back for sure.
