They were very knowledgeable about how the food was prepared and the manager even came out to assure us that the steak would be cooked on a separate grill to prevent cross contact.
This place was not listed anywhere as being celiac friendly, but I called and had a good conversation with the woman who answered the phone. It turns out that they are quite knowledgeable about cross contamination. They made my daughter’s steak and ribs in a separate pan in the oven, and checked the ingredients in the dry rub to make sure it was safe. Friendly service and great salad bar too.
