They are able to make any sub into a bowl or salad. The bowl comes with a fry or tater tot base, which are made in a GF fryer. I had them check their cheese sauce to see if it was GF, which it is. They label your meal so the kitchen knows to be careful of cross contamination.
I’ve ate here a few times without getting sick. Last time I ate here, there must have been some cross contamination because I got sick. I am super sensitive to gluten though.
