His daughter has celiac disease, so he made the whole menu gluten free( except 2 to 3 certain things) it is perfectly safe to eat there as a celiac person and he ( and his whole stuff) knows about how to take care of crliac customers. They are really carefull about cross contamination and how to prevent it.
