The dumplings were delicious. We had shrimp and sweet potato. We also had sweet potato glass noodles with GF soya sauce, which were yummy! The staff were very friendly and told us that they use completely separate pans and utensils for everything gluten free. It’s a small little place with two thin bar like tables against walls. Not somewhere you can sit with a group but great for 2 or takeout.

GF dumplings?! Yes! They typically have 3 flavors of GF dumplings, in addition to their regular gluteny dumplings. You get 3 decent dumplings for $8; they are a bit larger than the regular dumplings that are 3 for $5. The flavor is great! The 6 dumplings I had weren't enough for a full dinner, but they were such a treat. And, it was great to know in advance how trustworthy is their facility. I had email exchanges with the owner, Kayeon, who said, "Gluten free dumplings have a dedicated production day. We try and have gluten free on the hot service menu at all times and we use a dedicated pan and utensils to cook them up."
