Steaming Goat Food Truck

This food truck is so good! The menu is always changing so be sure to confirm info with them! But they are very knowledgeable, understanding, and helpful! For the gluten free options, I tried them when they were serving at an event, but they had chips and soft drinks, and any of the sandwiches they said were celiac safe, they would put on a bed of lettuce instead of a bun. At the time I tried them, I had “the veggie” without the cheese and on lettuce! The Lemon coleslaw they had at the time was also GF and very tasty! I’m pretty sure all the coleslaws would be GF if they have different flavors at the time you visit! I highly recommend them when they’re available!
