Beef chow fun is made in the same pan as everything else, and they unfortunately couldn’t accommodate.
If you have celiac, I wouldn’t eat here. Learned the hard way.
My husband actually ordered for me on the instructions to double check and ask if everything was GF because this was an allergy. I ordered the GF beef chow fun and the shrimp dumplings (both on the menu specifically stating they can be made GF). When my husband picked up the to go order, there were soy sauce packets in the plastic bag! When I tasted the chow fun, the beef tasted like it had soy sauce. I checked the receipt and no where did it state any of it was gluten-free. I ate the shrimp dumplings and a little of the chow fun. Sure enough, I bloated so bad and was super fatigued for a whole day! I won’t be back.
Ordered only the shrimp dumplings, which are stated to be gf, and informed waiter of my gluten allergy (aka celiac). My dumplings showed up with a sauce that was NOT gluten free, and they were not apologetic. Didn’t eat the sauce, did eat the dumplings, still got sick.

Server was knowledgeable and there were a few options to choose from. Definitely satisfies the craving for har gow and chow fun! It’s a very small place with limited seating, outdoor patio also available. Be prepared to wait on peak days. I’ve done take out and it’s been just as enjoyable!
Server explained the cooking process and confirmed with the cooks before taking my order. They steam the dumplings in individual baskets but all of them are in one large steamer. The beef chow fun uses GF soy sauce. And they will wash the wok and utensils to avoid cross contamination. Delicious!.
I called and placed an order. After talking to the server I ordered the GF shrimp dumplings and a GF vegetarian Bulgogi chow fun. My partner got the non-gf versions of: soup dumplings, bulgogi taco & the piggy bao.
Everything was delicious. The steamed GF dumplings were amazing. I am not celiac but do have a pretty big reaction, I was fine after eating here. We will definitely be back.
Super delicious!! Very limited options but that is not a negative! Because the entire area near convoy is the definition of limited options for celiac. Honestly just super grateful for the opportunity to have a delicious meal!!
The menu is very clear that the shrimp dumplings and beef chow fun are gluten free when noted! My husband and I had one of each and shared this with a side of steamed rice (our favorite side to help fill in the void of options). We both thoroughly enjoyed our meal, I had some soju and my husband had a beer and we had a jolly ol’ time. They marked allergy on the order and took great care of us. I’ll update it we have a reaction, promise!!
