While the gluten free cauliflower crust pizza is awesome, it is not celiac friendly. I’ve eaten there twice. I was not sure what had been making me ill so I used my Nima device on the 2nd visit. It detected gluten in the crust. They use the same oven as the gluten pizzas. although were told, could not clean it well enough to prevent cross contamination.

I was seriously disappointed as this was hands down the best gluten free pizza I’d had. I wish restaurants understood gluten free is not a lifestyle choice but a medical necessity.
