Review of Steelhouse Tavern

Ordered a steak for my daughter with celiacs disease, specifically told the waiter about her disease before we ordered. Steak came to the table with an onion ring on top, which contained gluten. So my daughter had to wait while they made a new steak as everyone else got to eat. The waiter seemed very knowledgeable but either the information was not communicated with kitchen staff or the kitchen staff needs some education on gluten free.
