Wow! It's not often that we run into an owner that is so passionate and knowledgeable about what he is putting on his customer's plate. For example local antibiotic free chicken and angus beef. Having celiac he took the time to point out my best gluten free choices--which were plentiful!! Including one special treat I don't often get --French fries --They use a dedicated fryer 😍 We had quite a sampling from the menu and there wasn't a single complaint. The pulled pork had excellent smoke flavor with a very pretty smoke ring! The sauces were a great compliment to the meat. Undoubtedly we will be back soon and we are spreading the word to all our friends and family to check it out!
