Server appeared to be super knowledgeable about gluten and cross contamination - explained that I was celiac and should be treated as an allergy. She seemed to understand. I ordered an onion soup which she said could easily be made GF by omitting the bread in the soup. Person who brought it to the table confirmed it was GF. Halfway through the soup I realized there was bread in with the cheese (cheese and onion was so enmeshed it was hard to see for awhile) and asked her to confirm it was GF (I hoped maybe the kitchen added GF bread unbenownst to her). She came back and blamed the kitchen and showed me the ticket order which she did not put in as an allergy but rather just wrote “no croutons”. Bottom line, I clearly stated allergy/cross contam needs and still got served gluten. I am super sick and it has ruined the rest of my vacation. Please be SUPER careful when eating here!!!

Skiing at Deer Valley for the day and we stopped here for lunch. Very familiar with gluten free and celiac! Was able to get this famous grilled cheese on GF bread toasted with the tomato soup! Was also able to eat the deviled eggs without the sweet potato topping as that is fried in a shared fryer. Highly recommend

We came here, and we were really looking forward to this fine establishment. There are GF buns, and not only that. I know that this app is used to find gluten free places, but they were also able to accommodate egg, dairy, fish, and nut allergies too! Keep up the good work!
