Stella Hotel

This is a super clean, quiet and very nice hotel with a breakfast buffet of eggs, bacon, cheeses, cold cuts, fruit, yogurt. You must request gluten free bread from the staff. It is a delicious crusty roll. It has to be baked (in its own packaging), so the staff will tell you that it will be a 15-20 minute wait. It was only a 12 minute wait for me. Definitely worth waiting for. I have encountered this same brand, with its baking requirements, in other Swiss hotels and restaurants.
