They have a few locations, I went to the PB. They use the same scoop for all flavors at that location. I asked if they’d be able to scoop from a new container and they told me “just this one time!” I also noticed they had several gf flavors but all but one is made with oat milk, so if you’re sensitive to oat cross contamination make sure you read! The ice cream I had was really tasty, but I think I’d try a new location next time and call ahead to see if they use individual scoops. The waffle cone was good!
Loved this spot. Their waffle cones are GF! Super knowledgeable staff and really great GF ice cream options. My GF kid was stoked.
Great ice cream spot! Their waffle cones are gluten free & vegan. Their flavors are very clearly labeled as gluten free or vegan as well. I crave this ice cream all the time!

Heads up: Some Stella Jean’s have individual scoops for each bin. This location not so. Staff couldn’t guarantee no cross contact. Plenty of gluten-free choices. We took a chance and enjoyed a yummy unique flavor on the back patio. Not glutened.
