This store has changed hands and is now called Power Over Flour. Stopped by Saturday for a few things. My wife asked about an item for sale that was not marked Gluten Free, and was told "that whole company is GF, in dedicated facilities, they just can't afford the testing required for GF certification, I call around monthly to verify nothing has changed.". Tonight at home we scanned the label and saw that it was made in a plant with wheat. Hardly a dedicated facility. I checked the company website, and saw many certified gluten free items, but on this items page there was a Q&A where the company rep said that it should not be considered gluten free, as they cannot rule out cross contamination. That's two contradictions (lies?). That's two too many.
Great selection and the staff is very knowledgable about gluten /food allergy issues
