Fairly typical gutbomb Italian… the menu offers gluten-free pizza, but it’s cooked in the same oven as all the rest of their pizzas; it also offers gluten-free pasta, but none of the pasta sauces are gluten-free. My assessment is that the gluten-free items are primarily for show, and should be avoided by anyone with sensitivity.
