All the rumors are true! Gluten free bun that was up to the challenge and dedicated fryer for the fries! This was the best meal I had in STL! The server was able to answer alll my questions. Soooo Yummy

The hot dogs were great. Gluten free bun stayed together. I also had the Darth Tator fries and I loved them! I’m celiac and I did not have any issues.

I was told that any dog could be served in a gf bun and they can remove toppings from most dogs, as necessary. I was told gf fries could be fried separately. I had the chili cheese dog on a gf bun. We shared a basket of the Darth Tater Fries, which were to die for. Still crispy and crunchy when tossed in Buffalo sauce and drizzled with ranch, bacon, and cheese. Afterward, my stomach was unsettled from all the heavy food, but no gluten reaction.

Very knowledgeable. Surprisingly a lot of options for folks who are gluten free, dairy free, veggie or vegan. Can do a hot dog with no bun in a cup with toppings on top OR choose a gluten free bun. I'm dairy free as well and they were able to modify various recipes. Loved our visit here. Felt very safe.

10/10 would recommend to a friend. Hotdog itself was great. Gluten free bun was amazing and held its own the entire time! Fries are the only thing getting fried and they were wonderful as well. Staff was super kind, and my fiancé loved it as well.

*the menu isn’t super descriptive about what is gluten free, but they have a gluten free bun that can go on all the hotdogs.
