Ordered a take away for collection on my birthday at 11am. I used thier website allergen guide and colour coded system and left clear notes advising I am gluten intolerant. At 5:15pm while I was on my way to collect my order I received a phone call from the restaurant advising they are now unable to complete the pre order as they cannot make any of the GF adaptions. They said I could go back on thier website and order from the a la carte menu (we'd ordered a platter) but we could only order specific GF options, which was basically just edamame beans. i wouldn't have been so annoyed if they had at least let me know earlier and given me the time to find some where else to order from.
