My friend got me a GF cupcake from here and I ate it only to get very sick. I knew this was a popular bakery, so it gave me false hope that it would be safe. Extremely disappointed.

Not safe for Celiacs since they are a shared bakery. Tried a GF cupcake and got sick. I have eaten there before and I will say it is great food. Some of the savory options at the cafe are more appealing than the baked goods

This place does not offer gluten free options. They have 3 wheat free menu items so that's great for people with wheat allergies, but nothing for those with celiac or gluten sensitivity. They must have reduced the menu since receiving all of the acclaim for their gluten free options.

There were a few GF options, but when I asked about food prep for the pancakes (labeled wheat free) they said they used the same griddle. Seemed like the likelihood of cross contamination was high. Not recommended for celiacs

DC's favorite vegan bakery is located in Columbia Heights and offers gluten-free options including gluten-free pancakes for brunch.
Great quality! They have GF cupcakes available at their store but more importantly this is a great place if you need a gluten free cake. My family go my birthday cake from here this year as well as a "congrats" cake for completing the MCAT. Sticky Fingers even personalized it with my name and a little stethoscope on the cake.
great for dairy free since the whole place is vegan. been there a zillion times because I've never had anything that wasn't good. several menu options that are gluten free.
Has GF cupcakes (usually 2 flavors) and a GF Chocolate Chip Cookie! They also make some really good brunch food items on the weekend (GF pancakes, breakfast wrap).
I really enjoyed their gluten free chocolate chip cookie and did not get sick but they are kept in the same case as the regular cookies so there could be contamination. This is the only reason i didnt give it a five. The cupcake was a lil dense but good. I enjoyed it all together.
