I asked at all the restaurants in Terminal A if they could accommodate a gluten allergy, the only restaurant that could was Stinger Rays. The offer their cheeseburger with lettuce instead of a bun, a cesar salad without croutons and a taco with lettuce instead of a tortilla. Their fries and chips DO NOT have a dedicated fryer, but the head waitress did seem very knowledgeable about cross contamination. The only other potential options in this terminal is Starbucks and Burger King, for me this was the best option. I ordered a cesar salad, no croutons, ate about half, and had no reaction.
