Very disappointed. No gluten menu as advertised. Hardly anything to eat.
I’ve eaten here multiple times (only sushi) and have never had a problem. Plenty of options and really good!
New menu! Lots of options and they had a manager deliver my gf dinner after confirming with the kitchen.

The only option on the menu that was GF they were completely out of the night we went. They did offer to do steamed rice with veggies and shrimp for my daughter but it came out with a noodle in dish. Manager assured my that it was a complete accident and would be dealt with however it was too late as we had already eaten some of the food. Wait staff was helpful but not very knowledgeable of gluten free options for sushi. I am celiac and would not recommend to any other person with celiac. Previous reviews were a bit misleading as it seems things have changed.
Ate dinner there June 2021- contrary to what other reviewers mentioned, no GF menu was available. When I referenced the sushi rolls shown in a picture from previous review on this app (spicy tuna and firecracker) my server indicated she didn’t think they’d be safe. She then suggested a fried roll. After questioning she realized that there would be CC. Server was very kind and trying to accommodate but didn’t seem knowledgeable at all. I ordered the Philly sushi roll which tasted ok (not bad, not great). Would not personally recommend this restaurant for fellow celiacs.
My family enjoyed our take out meal of gluten free chicken wings, sushi, duck ramen and fried rice. Lots of options on the gf menu. Great meal!
Loved it here. Everything that came to the table was verbalized as gluten free. The sushi chef even changed gloves when preparing my sushi rolls. Felt so great seeing it and no tummy troubles for me either

I had been to Stingray before I had to stop gluten and loved it then. Now, I’m just plain ‘ole thankful. They have a separate GF menu, but I actually ended up ordering from the normal menu due to the advice on the GF menu about how to order any of their sushi rolls without gluten. We ordered take out and it meant a lot when they called back to confirm a substitution. They weren’t 100% sure that an ingredient was GF so they didn’t want to risk it. I saw that they’re part of the Big Fish group (name on the take out bag)...I’m definitely going to order from their other restaurants with confidence. I saw that Big Fish Grill has a separate GF menu too.
Gluten free menu, attentive staff. My dishes were always brought out by a separate server so they were not confused with the dishes ordered by the rest of our party. Chicken fried rice was tasty! They also brought me a separate bowl with gluten free soy sauce. Good spot!!
Stingray Sushi took my wife’s gluten intolerance seriously. Besides offering a GF menu, a manager came out to discuss her meal. She had a happy belly after our dinner, and the food was fabulous. We ate on the patio, which was great for fresh air and people watching. Go for the sea bass - it was one of the best fish dishes we’ve ever had.
Just had an Amazing meal here last night! Since Big Fish has taken over they take food allergies seriously. Manager came over to table to discuss dinner options and made sure my dinner was prepared safely. I was able to have shrimp fried rice and a few sushi rolls with GF tamari. I was so impressed that I even created one to go for lunch the next day. Very impressed and will now be a frequent diner here. Thank you Stingray for allowing me to eat Sushi safely again.
So happy to have found this place - they have a gluten free menu and their entire staff knew the right questions to ask. After informing them I have celiac, a manager came out to walk me through the menu and gluten free menu, and brought out a bottle of tamari for me. They checked on every food item for me and double-checked if they weren't sure. I was so impressed and the food was amazing to top off a great evening!
Awesome! They have a gluten free menu but can make other sushi rolls if you ask. The manager came out with our food and they made sure to check in with us when we ordered something that wasn't gf. So good! Definitely coming back!😍
