It doesn’t say on their website but when you get there they do offer gluten free (house made) bread, wraps and brownies. The bread was really good on my sandwich! It was a little soggy and nutty tasting but is better than the usual dry bread. The smoothie I got was also very good. They have breakfast and lunch gluten free options.
They have homemade gluten free bread and have GF wraps and desserts. The food and drinks are very good and highly recommend.
This place was delicious and knowledgeable on GF. Lots of GF options if you substitute for the GF wrap or homemade GF bread, and a lot of the dressings and such are also dairy free. I got the Nutty Mother Salad with shredded chicken and it was huge and amazing. I’m going back in the morning for a breakfast burrito, and may have to get another one of those salads to go for later.

Haven’t had a burrito in sooo long! 🤩 Gf breakfast burrito was amazing & so many other burrito/sandwich options that can be made gf! Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating.
My fav place to eat on st aug beach. All breakfast/lunch sandwiches can be made on the gluten free wraps which are delish!!!! Smoothies and salads are amazing too. Won’t be disappointed with a gf wrap from here :)
Only gluten free option is chips...not a gluten free establishment, they served me a "gluten free" salad with pita bread on top!
Substitute a GF wrap on the sandwiches for $1. Cash only.
