Stopped in while there for a tour. Went in mid morning to find lots of busy employees but no one in line. Asked for a GF bagel with cream cheese and an iced vanilla latte. My daughter ordered a hot chocolate and a gf cookie for later. It took a good ten minutes or so to receive our order. With the bagel coming out several minutes prior to the drinks. An older gentleman who was also waiting chatted with us, and he said he was a retired priest who worked at Sewanee but he normally comes at 7:30 so no wait. Everything was good and they assured us of GF protocols, and we in fact didn’t get sick.
