Horrible hibachi experience. The waitstaff was unfamiliar with gluten free. The manager would not allow any substitution for the salad or soup app that I couldn’t have that came with my meal. Just very unhelpful.
Server was very helpful. Made sure we had gf soy sauce. Able to make hibachi gf.
Twice I got bones in my sushi. Two separate events, haven’t gone back since.
Makes me sick every time even when I ask them to use gluten free soy sauce.
They do have gluten-free soy sauce and if you're not super sensitive thin maybe fine for you. But the food I had was made on the same cook top with everyone else's. They did try to clean a small space for my food but used the same utensils and stirred my food into not cleaned areas.
Our waiter was very knowledgeable and took my order for gluten free hibachi shrimp without a second thought. The chef added the gluten free soy sauce to my rice and veggies first, and served mine before adding the regular soy sauce to the remainder of the rice and veggies. He seemed very knowledgeable as well and stated everything as it went on my plate, specifying gluten free. I will definitely be coming here again!
