Had a great experience here. I called ahead and asked how the pizzas were cooked and told them I have Celiac. They said they could cook my pie on a separate surface, so I gave it a try and I did not get sick. I ordered the spinach + ricotta pizza and a Mediterranean salad and both were great. The gluten free crust was decent, similar to Mod, thin and crispy with a little chew to it.
