Had several “Tasty Bite” brand Indian food pouches for sale along with gf crackers and snacks. I completely forgot to ask the sandwich counter what they could make but maybe I’ll try again tomorrow. Monday most places are closed so this was a great fall-back option for dining in our little hotel room.

How much of the menu is available gluten-free?

Our son lives in the area and showed us this little gem out in a remote area of Texas. It is like a little Whole Foods with lots of items I buy at the grocery store. They also have a little restaurant that serves some regular gluten items. I had already packed a lunch, but they seem to be very knowledgeable about gf needs, so I will try to eat there next time.

We stopped here to have sandwiches made for our trip to McDonald Observatory. They have gf bread and lunch meat. They have Omission beer for sale as well as other gf grocery items.
