Stone's Cove Kitbar

Not a ton of GF offerings here, but it’s a nice place to hang with friends and you can make it work. The wings are tasty and I had wings and a nice salad and a tasty salmon entree. No complaints. Would eat here again.

Very knowledgeable staff. We had great wings, lettuce wrapped tacos, coconut rice, salads, and a key lime dessert. Great concept. The kitchen is in the bar area. They do not fry anything. No fryer!

Have a low gluten menu. I had a salad with grilled chicken. Very good and no issues (I am a celiac).

Menu says "Low Gluten", not "Gluten Free", because they can't guarantee against cross a contamination. I am very sensitive, however, and I had no issues. They even happily replaced a salad that a single crouton.
