I haven’t been here but found through an internet search for GF options in the Fairfax/Milton area.
Their website mentions GF crust. Vegan options include house-made vegan mozzarella, vegan sausage, and vegan oat milk-based white sauce as a sauce option (would have to ask if the vegan cheese as sauce are GF).
A small GF cheese pizza is $16, a small vegan cheese pizza is $17.75.
They also list salads on the menu. They also have locations in Charlotte, Richmond, and Waterbury.
Obviously it would be important to ask a lot of questions about precautions to prevent cross-contamination before eating here. If you’ve been there please let us all know what your experience was! I’d love for this to be a safe option.
