My daughter and I both enjoyed our gf meals and were very impressed and not only the quality but also the portions. We both had fish & chips with warm potato salad with green beans and it was all awesome!!! We’ll definitely return for more.

I had the gf chicken sandwich, with Udi’s bun, with side salad. The chicken was delicious! Wish the fries were gf b/c they looked delicious. We also had the boom boom broccoli as an app. It was gf but just ok as far as taste (but I never grade on taste b/c everyone’s taste buds are different, just on safety). Overall a nice meal and I didn’t get sick.

Food was excellent, great selection for gluten-free, dairy free, vegetarian options. Maybe even "Paleo" if that's your thing. Excellent drink menu including plenty of gluten-free cocktails as well as delicious local hard cider. I don't think they have any dedicated GF space in the kitchen, but it doesn't seem like there's a whole lot of gluten around other than the fryer and buns for burgers. Also, the servers were able to make adjustments and substitutions on the menu and were knowledgeable about what was in was not gluten-free, in the event that something was not clearly marked on the menu.

Just keep in mind the beach gets windy and the temperature can drop as soon as the sun goes down, bring a sweater if you're eating out on the patio. Wait staff was very understanding when we needed to move inside!

They had several labeled gluten free options and made sure I knew that some things may not be completely gluten free. Amazing food and sooooo many choices!

Stones Throw is great! A couple new things this year, the fried fish and chicken is gluten free (in a separate fryer) and they now have a gluten free buns (it may be Udi's). So this opens up a lot more GF options. Two things to note, the fries are NOT GF, they have a coating on them and are done in their own fryer. Also, I believe the chips are fried in the french fry fryer so not GF as well. All the food here is amazing! I've eaten here many times and no issues at all. Check out their menu.

They were very conscientious about cross contamination and I get very safe eating and drinking there. Lovely view and great food. I went twice and had no issues!
