Gluten free pasta and gluten free buns available. No GF pizza. They do NOT have a dedicated frier (fried items include the zucchini chips). The waitstaff was knowledgeable and double checked with the kitchen before placing my order. They said my food would be prepared separately from everyone else’s food, and the kitchen would follow their allergy protocol. I am fairly sensitive and have eaten there multiple times without getting sick.
