This place is amazing! Delicious and thoughtful options, great coffee, meals, and pastries. If you get a chance, head out to the Rhino district and enjoy the art! Note: I am horribly allergic to wheat and not celiac, so I mitigate allergic reactions with antihistamines, making my safety ratings less reliable.

Staff was accommodating and familiar with serving Celiac guests. They bake in their kitchen. However, baking is done in a dedicated area away from the main line and they only bake in the morning before they open. Flavor was not quite strong enough for my liking, but overall a good experience.
