Owner delivered my panini & made sure to let me know that he had cooked it in a clean pan. Best gluten free bread I have had! Owner shared that they get their bread from West Meadow Farm Bakery in Essex Jct, VT. Also offerred several choices of gluten free desserts, which I did not have.

Update: 2/11/24 Ate here for lunch & breakfast. Still serving same delicious GF bread & made my GF breakfast sandwich to order. I highly recommend this family owned business. They are open until 5 pm now.
