In der Karte sind die Allergene gut ausgezeichnet, separate Fritteuse ist vorhanden. Das Personal war informiert uns hat bei Unsicherheit nochmal in der Küche nachgefragt. Keine Symptome (und die habe ich sehr schnell) bei Poffertjes und Pommes.

Auf der Mittags- und Tageskarte ist durch ein Symbol angegeben, wenn die Gerichte Gluten enthalten. Einige Gerichte enthalten kein Gluten (zB Süßkartoffelpommes) und einige (zB belegte Brote, Salat) können glutenfrei zubereitet werden - auch das steht in der Speisekarte. Ich hatte ein leckeres Brot mit Burrata.
