Review of Strasburg Pizza

I called before going to ask about GF pizza procedures. The gentleman said they make the pizza in the back away from all other food prep. The GF toppings are kept separate in their walk in cooler. Pizza is cooked on separate pain and served with my own personal pizza cutter. Best GF pizza ever!!! Hands down!!
