The staff is very knowledgeable about all kinds of allergies and intolerances. From waitresses and waiters to the chefs, everyone is attentive. They clearly state that they cannot be 100% sure of preventing all cross-contamination. But I have found that they will do their absolute best to try. And the food is excellent.
