They are very accommodating. Toast is made in same toaster, so we stick with GF bread. Many great experiences ordering a variety of egg dishes.

Server was very knowledgeable. They use a shared toaster but can toast the GF bread on the flat top w/ no CT. Both kinds of potatoes are safe, they do not go in the fryer. I had avo toast and it was delicious. Celiac friendly but ask questions
