Had the cheddar bacon burger on a gluten free bun, and an order of the garlic herb fries.

The burger was great, if bland. Could have used more condiments to liven things up. This is my fault for ordering a basic burger however. Everything was clearly marked with allergy flags, and the waitress and bartender were great and made me feel welcome and safe.

The fries were under-salted and I found them to be heavy on the garlic. The dedicated fryer appears to be shared with the Mexican place next door (which is used only for chips at that restaurant) as my fries came out smelling (and tasting) quite strongly of corn, and I found a chip towards the bottom of the thing. Could be a problem if you have a corn allergy, or simply don't like the taste of corn-infused french fries. Joseph James is about the only gluten free pale ale I've truly liked, and I'm disappointed I can't get it out here in NY. Definitely will be back the next time I come to Vegas.
