— Excellent

Love Strive - it's one of my go to spots. I'm allergic to gluten & dairy and love coming here and having so many options. They also list all the ingredients on the packaging. The baked items in their display case are fantastic - I've probably eaten more than half their menu at this point and it was all great. They also have a killer Sunday brunch & the best pop ups at farmers markets.

I'm allergic to avocados and asked about the tacos because avocados are in the ingredient list - I asked if it was actually in the tacos or in the sauce that comes with it that's packaged separately, and they said it was just the sauce. I commented that it'd be helpful to be able to know that & she said "wow you're right", and then the next time I went in they'd changed their labels to list what was in the items & sauces separately!

I really did love the food here, and I'm always looking for a place that can do vegan food well. But if you have a gluten sensitivity or celiac, beware...I was told everything was gluten free and since I have bad reactions to gluten, that's important to me. Well, it turns out the oats they use (which are in most items) are not certified gluten free, and therefore are likely cross contaminated with gluten. It took a couple times of me getting sick before I realized this was the case. I then confirmed it with staff. This should 100% be noted on packaging, or at least stop telling people everything is gluten free.

— Not at all

— Not Much/None

How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Excellent

All Gluten free and Vegan! Lots of To Go options in the case. I shop here weekly for meals for the week. Love the terrific delicious meals, soups, tacos, pizzas and desserts.

Service and food here are OUTSTANDING!

I stumbled upon this glorious little place and bought enough food for 3 meals. The Breakfast Taco, that I ate while there, was so flavourful. Delicious! The Strawberry Scone was delightful and the coffee was fantastic. I’ve also eaten the Buffalo Cauliflower Crust Pizza, the Supersede Sliders and the Blueberry Lemon Cheesecake. All were fantastic. And I’m not even vegan.

Lauren was a wealth of info and all her suggestions were excellent.

I’m definitely coming back here and I live in Canada!
