I had a Thai tofu salad that was really good! I was disappointed after seeing so many options marked gf on their menu to learn that they don't have a dedicated fryer. When I asked and mentioned that fried items are marked gluten free the person at the counter said, "It's gluten free. They're not fried at the same time," which is... not confidence inspiring. Visiting from Canada where there are actually some requirements about what can be called gluten free and it's frustrating to see that a restaurant can label things however they want. Eliminating things made in the fryer, their gluten free options are actually pretty limited.
