Was told everything was gluten free except some of the sauces. They were a bit confused about the fried plantains, erring on the safe side because of the fryer, but clarified the fried was only used for the plantains. Only celiac in the family is our small son, but no complaints on his end. Very patient staff, willing to answer questions, and as a big plus food was delicious.
