I worked here and it is NOT celiac safe, all of the crepes have the option to be made with gluten free batter, but there is a lot of cross contamination in the prep area and they don’t have a separate crepe plate to cook the gluten free ones on. Employees are not trained about allergy/celiac safety and will forget to switch out gloves, tools or clean the plate. This may be an okay place for people with less sensitive gluten intolerances, but definitely not people with celiac.
