Stuft food truck

Great food! Most of it is GF by nature, like previous reviewer stated.

Their menu is all about stuffed potatoes and smothered fries, so not the healthiest menu. They have vegetarian options, most items in menu are GF just by nature of products used to make. The gentleman I talked to had an understanding of product and concerns stearing me to something better for my food allergies. This a Raleigh area food truck so could be anywhere in triangle :)
