Completely famished after 3 hours of climbing the Eiffel Tower, and needing GF, found this 100% GF restaurant just a short walk from the tower. We felt like we walked into a Hallmark Christmas movie set, I ordered a pizza and my husband Carbonara, house red , absolutely delicious, and the staff was tremendous, this should be an automatic dinner stop for those needing a fulfilling meal and are close to the the tower, also priced very reasonable! Tip: if you are there after dark, step out into the alley st the top of the hour to see the beautiful tower lights blinking for your Instagram pic!
We are taking our 20 year old daughter with celiac and other serious food allergies on her first trip to Europe next week. And Ciro Polge, the Chef at Su Misura, has been AMAZINGLY helpful and responsive to my questions regarding multiple food allergies. The reassurance of food safety for my daughter from Chef Ciro is far beyond what I receive from almost any restaurant in the United States. Per usual, we are taking a small suitcase full of food on this trip, but I am beyond excited to dine at Su Misura with my daughter. We have made reservations for both days that we are in Paris. And I’m excited to see my daughter dine at an esteemed restaurant in Paris as opposed to eating out of a suitcase. We will post another review after we eat! Thank you Ciro Polge!
Had nice bread on arrival and staff were lovely x Service was quick and pasta I had was delicious, my mum had breaded chicken -all GF and wide range of meals. Had chocolate cake for dessert and it was amazing. However, they were small portions but I think definitely still worth the visit x
Had the focaccia to share to start and lasagne which was such a treat as never able to have these even in Italians that have gf pasta. Both so delicious! My partner who isn't coeliac wasn't able to taste any differece, even in the bread! Would go back in a heart beat. Extra treat, they even give a gf bread basket with ricotta at the start!
Everything at this restaurant was gluten free and tasted absolutely incredible. I was served warm bread before the meal for the first time ever and had tiramisu for the first time in over 15 years. Every dish was incredible and the waitstaff was very friendly.
We met a friend for dinner. The food was really good, perhaps not fantastic, but I enjoyed the eggplant du Parmesan appetizer with my husband (not gluten free) and friend. I had the the fettuccine Bolognese which was tasty, although the pasta didn't hold together enough to twirl on my fork (that is, not al dente). The pistachio tiramisu was a little disappointing. Happily, I didn't get sick afterwards.
I have been here twice and everything has been delicious. Piping hot spaghetti Bolognese, rich chocolate mouse, tasty lamb shanks and chefs kiss passion fruit sorbet and chocolate ice cream!!
Dedicated gluten free and organic restaurant. Kind staff and my celiac child loved everything about her meal. It’s the first place she’s been able to have bread service since she was diagnosed 4 years ago. The table bread was some of the best GF bread I’ve had as a non GF eater. All three non celiacs liked our meals as well. There is no accessible bathroom and the only bathrooms are down incredibly steep stairs. Young children or anyone with any type of reduced mobility could not navigate them safely. We ate there days ago so no reaction was had.
I was happy to find gluten free pizza and a dedicated gf restaurant in Paris as I am celiac as well as my son. I we weren’t that happy with the pizza. It was very expensive for what we got. The dough was similar to a premade gf crust you can find in the store. It was pretty small as well. About the only thing worth the price was the tiramisu! If you’re in a bind and close to the Eiffel Tower, grab lunch otherwise keep walking.
Dedicated gluten free Italian in Paris. Pasta and gnocchi were excellent. Risotto was pretty good. Had the hazelnut spread dessert pizza and flavor was fine, but not the best GF pizza crust that we’ve had. Prices a bit high but worth it for DGF. Affogato with coffee ice cream was a better choice.
Note that the restaurants Tasca and Su Misura are pretty much identical to each other. Ate at both so leaving the same review for both.
This is a great 100% gf option with a very large menu. My non gf family members also enjoyed eating here. We went twice and the first time was better than the second time. Highly recommend this restaurant, especially the lasagne and buffalo cheese starter. Staff were attentive and helpful.
