The sandwiches are stuffed to the brim and delicious! Can be made on amazing gluten free bread. The rolls are pretty sturdy as far as gluten free goes and have a great flavor. We will absolutely be back!

Omg amazing!! Could make any of the subs GF. Hands down one of the best sandwiches i’ve ever had and they are so knowledgeable and careful. Highly recommend.

Delicious!! It’s the yummiest sandwich I’ve had since being gluten free. The bread was fantastic, the sandwich was huge and very yummy. They had all sorts of gluten free desserts! Definitely worth the stop!

Gluten free heaven!! Dedicated space and utensils. Home made gf bread/subs and bread crumbs for a chicken parm hero! Everything on their menu can be made gf! Plus gf desserts too! Best sandwich shop ever, must go!

Delicious sandwiches on delicious gf subs! I have never had an issue when eating here.

Have been here a handful of times now and have had a great experience. My first time there, the owner Paul took the time to explain what they offer and how they try to minimize cross contamination.

The rolls are better than most and they heat them up in a dedicated oven. Some really good and different sandwich choices, they can make a lot of them GF.

Besides the rolls, they offer other products from Gluten Free Gloriously, such as brownies, crumb cake and cookies.

I would recommend.

Celiac friendly?

Yes

As a celiac, I called to clarify gluten free options and prep. They were awesome! I work in the area and this is my go to for a lunch that I feel safe eating. They grill on separate surface (or with foil covering, can't remember) they don't dig into a shared mayo jar... All of the safety precautions you would want. Also if note, haven't gotten sick yet!

I ordered a chicken casear wrap on a gf wrap. It was cut with a contaminated knife AND it was served with croutons on the wrap!!!
